Cancellation Policy

At BOHSEM, each workshop is carefully prepared and reserved exclusively for you. As places are limited, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy before making a booking.

Cancellations

All workshop bookings are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your booking once, provided you notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled workshop.

Requests made within 72 hours of the workshop, as well as failure to attend without notice, cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

If We Need to Cancel

In the unlikely event that BOHSEM needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you an alternative booking date or a full refund.
