Welcome to BOHSEM. By accessing this website or booking our workshops, purchasing a fragrance reorder, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. About BOHSEM
BOHSEM is a bespoke fragrance atelier and experiential perfume studio based in Adelaide, South Australia. We offer guided perfume workshops, bespoke fragrance design services, fragrance reorders, and private events.
2. Bookings
Workshop bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Places are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
By making a booking, you agree to our Cancellation Policy.
3. Workshop Experience
BOHSEM provides guided fragrance experiences designed to encourage creativity and personal expression.
Each guest is responsible for selecting their preferred fragrance materials and approving their final composition before bottling.
As fragrance is subjective, BOHSEM cannot guarantee that a completed perfume will meet individual expectations once it has been finalised.
4. Bespoke Fragrance Design
Bespoke fragrance services are individually developed based on each client's consultation and creative brief.
Consultation and design fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
The scope of revisions, if applicable, will be discussed during the consultation process.
5. Fragrance Reorders
Fragrance reorders are produced using the archived formula created during your original BOHSEM experience.
As many of our materials are naturally derived, subtle variations may occur due to seasonal harvests or supplier availability. Where necessary, we may substitute an ingredient with the closest suitable alternative while preserving the overall character of your fragrance.
6. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Prices may change without prior notice.
7. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed before their expiry date, where applicable.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, photography, branding, logos, workshop materials, graphics, educational content, and design elements, is the intellectual property of BOHSEM unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
9. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation or the experience of other users.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website or services without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOHSEM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or guarantees you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
